Privacy Policy

Contact details (name, email, phone), pickup and delivery addresses, cargo details you declare, and payment status. Card numbers are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers. Account sign-in is handled by Google authentication; we store only your email, name, and role.

To dispatch, track, bill, and prove delivery of your shipments; to send transactional email (confirmations, invoices, status notices); and to operate client and driver portals. Public tracking shows status and city-level location only — full addresses are visible only to you, your assigned driver, and our dispatch team.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing lists. Proof-of-delivery photos and invoices are stored in access-controlled object storage.

We use privacy-conscious, aggregate site analytics to understand traffic. No shipment data is sent to analytics providers.
