Terms of Service

Thornbury Logistics ("we", "us") provides regional courier, local messenger, and local freight trucking services (NAICS 492110, 492210, 484110) from our base in Clarksville, Tennessee. Quotes are generated from road distance, declared cargo weight and dimensions, vehicle class, and optional liftgate service.

For credit-card bookings, the quoted amount is authorized at booking and captured when the driver confirms pickup. If verified weight or dimensions at pickup differ from what was declared, the price is recalculated through the same pricing engine; increases greater than 15% require your explicit confirmation before capture.

Cancellations made before pickup void the card authorization. Approved NET-30 corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with payment due 30 days from invoice date.

Scheduled pickups must fall within business hours (Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CT; closed Sundays). Card and guest bookings may be scheduled up to 5 days in advance; longer-lead bookings are available to NET-30 accounts or by phone.

You are responsible for accurate declaration of weight, dimensions, and commodity type. Hard vehicle weight limits apply (car 300 lbs, cargo van 3,500 lbs, box truck 10,000 lbs). We may refuse cargo that exceeds vehicle capacity or is unlawful to transport.

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the shipment or the charges paid for the shipment, except where prohibited by law. Claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
